The City of Westminster has the highest number of homelessness cases in all of London. Sited in an unoccupied terraced building in Castle Lane–once home to local workers–this project proposes a temporary accommodation for homeless adult men in the borough through the retrofit and careful augmentation of the existing building. Within the project, themes of individuality, privacy, and forms of rehabilitation for the most vulnerable in society are explored.
